Heathland Homes is a residential developer specialising in high-end family dwellings.
They needed new branding to promote their aspirational and upmarket residential portfolio. The logo needed to be stylish and work effectively across all print and digital platforms.
I designed the logo in the style of a sealing wax stamp. The letter H sits proudly in the centre, surrounded by motifs associated with home: keyholes, garden birds and foliage, with the rolling hills suggesting a desirable rural location.
The choice of colour is sophisticated, often associated with royalty, luxury and ambition. It positions the brand at the top end of the market by resonating with a particular audience.
The logo and branding have been applied to design all business stationery, portfolio brochures and signage for vehicles.
