Cytech Theory One

Cytech Theory One is a well-known certification program for bike technicians worldwide. It provides online courses for bike maintenance that can be completed at the learner’s convenience from anywhere. Act Smart approached me to revamp their outdated flagship online course. I developed a new visual approach that aligns with their branding and improves the overall learning experience. Throughout the project, I looked at improving the overall user experience.

The previous course had a lot of text, making it difficult for learners to engage with the content. As part of the redesign, I simplified the language and added more visual aids to make learning easier. I also had to read and comprehend the complex technical descriptions and convert them into simple illustrations to aid learners in their journey.
